By accessing or using the velosku platform and website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

velosku provides inventory management software designed for businesses that deal in unique, one-of-one items including luxury goods, sneakers, vintage items, and consignment products. Access to the full platform is granted through a subscription or custom agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@velosku.app.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are owned by velosku and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Pricing for the velosku platform is provided on a custom quote basis. All fees are as agreed in your subscription or service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, velosku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
